Facilitator’s Training
At TMS, our facilitators undergo continuous professional development through recognized training bodies
such as CBSE, Chrysalis, and other esteemed organizations. These training programmes are thoughtfully
designed to enhance educators’ skills, align teaching practices with emerging educational standards,
and uphold the school’s vision in every classroom.
Our training framework focuses on interactive, engaging and goal-oriented sessions that empower
teachers to evolve as reflective and future-ready practitioners. Learning happens through a
well-structured, phased approach that allows for gradual absorption, implementation, and
mastery of new pedagogical practices, ensuring a seamless learning continuum for every
educator.
We take pride in the fact that our Principal, Ms. Monica Khurana, is a certified CBSE Master
Trainer. She not only mentors and trains TMS educators but also leads training for teachers
from various institutions, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in education. Several of
our facilitators are certified resource persons, empowering teachers both at TMS and in other
institutions.
Empowering Facilitators with Effective Strategies (EFES)
The EFES Program is a distinctive initiative led by our Research and Development team, designed
to strengthen facilitator empowerment at TMS. Every educator undergoes an additional online
certification course that equips them with meaningful, globally practiced teaching strategies. These
strategies are shared through short films and video-based modules, making learning practical,
engaging, and easy to apply in real classrooms.
The program’s innovative approach has been recognized nationally, the World Education Summit honored
EFES with the “Best Innovation in Teaching Methodologies” award in 2011.
